Out of all properties coming to the market, few are chosen to be listed in Auction Forecaster. Some of these properties are nomiated by the users.

When a property is listed, users can provide a estimate for what they think would be the closest value to the sales price.

A listing will get locked as we get closer to the sales date. For example day before auction date. Users can update their estimates up until listing being locked.

Once the sales price is known, the user or users who have provided the closes estimate will be considered winners and receive points.
